WebJan 8, 2024 · The FC and mag alignment both need to be set correctly, as iNav combines data from both to determine heading. Make sure the FC orientation is set correctly when the magnetometer is disabled, then enable the magnetometer and make sure that orientation is set properly as well. There is no alignment for a GPS unit so you don't normally need to worry, but as yours has a built-in compass the FC needs to know the orientation of the magnetometer inside it. Go to the BFC Configuration tab and on the right you will find a setting called "MAG Alignment" in the Board and Sensor Alignment section.
