All I knew was that it's a SanDisk USB 2.0 Cruzer drive (the writing on the stick is scuffed off). And seeing speeds of 20-25 MB /s on Linux, while speeds seemed to suffer on Windows (There's widespread evidence of this, just pull a quick google search on it).
