My tests one way or the other have shown there is no difference in the bltouch behaviour if PWM is turned off or not (in the other firmware). I have tested this by now in klipper and here it is the same. So no problem … WebAre you sure you connected it correctly? Post up pictures of the wiring on the board. Even with stock firmware, when you power on the BLTouch, it should do a self test where it deploys and stows a couple times. If your printer keeps digging into the print surface regardless of initial probing, then something else is wrong.
